Davis Facilitator Helps Policewoman Pass Sergeant's Exam with Flying Colours

Find A Davis Facilitator Near You

  • Davis Dyslexia Correction Facilitator, Jacqui Flisher, has won the contract to provide specialist dyslexia support to student police officers employed by Thames Valley Police (TVP). TVP is the largest non-metropolitan police force in the United Kingdom and covers an area of 2,200 square miles.

Jacqui is no stranger to TVP, as she has been working on behalf of another company in a freelance capacity providing literacy, numeracy and IT support for the last two years. During that time, it became clear to Jacqui that most of the referrals were in fact students who displayed dyslexic tendencies and needed specialist support.

With the original contract coming to an end, Thames Valley Police recognised the excellent work that Jacqui has been doing with their dyslexic officers and offered her a contract in her own right.

The new service is due to come into operation on the August 1st, as TVP are very keen to provide continuity of service in the help that Jacqui offers.
